I've read that some people make jewelry and sell them at hair and nail salons or tannig salons. Perhaps you can make a nice display stand that can be put into various businesses. I'd check with locally-owned stores where you can talk personally to the owners. See if they will sell your jewelry in their stores, first. That will give you a feel for the business and help you make connections you will be able to use later.
Getting a booth at a fair or festival is a good idea also, but you have to put up some money initially. Another good idea might be to try to have a "jewelry party", kind of like a tupperware party, but with your jewelry instead. You can make up order forms and small catalogs too. Good luck!
Have you tried selling it online. Etsy for example?
Jewelry is nice
Some jewelry, quilts, clothing, soaps, and paper are still made by hand.
I have done a lot of traveling at least in the United States, not much abroad. I have bought and sold a lot of jewelry and the best hand made jewelry is made by several Native American Tribes in the Greater SW. Four Corners is a great place to buy silver and Turquoise if I am not mistaken i think it is the Navajo
Personally my wife loves turquoise jewelry. It is both inexpensive and attractive. Many times you will find that this jewelry is hand made which is an added bonus in my opinion.
