A 14 year old girl in Cardiff, Wales can find jobs working on farms in the summer. A girl may also be able to be a life guard at a community center.
I have two suggestions: 1. go to your local daycare center and ask if they need help 2. find a summer camp somewhere and see what the age is for counseling and CIT-ing 3. tutor--you'd make a lot of money, plus you'd be working with kids I was a CounselorInTraining at my school's camp last summer, and loved it.
It really depends on what you are going for. If you are just looking for a day camp, you can always play to your interests because communities usually have programs at the schools during the summer. But if you want an all-summer or even 1 or 2 week sleepaway camp you will have limited options. I don't know the specifics about camps in Florida because I'm in NJ, but there is always girl or boy scout camps that are fun. You could also check with your nearest YMCA.
