Imagine standing over your engine, with the end that bolts to the transmission away from you. On the right side of the engine, at the transmission end, is cylinder 1. Cylinder 2 is behind it. On the left side of the engine at the transmission end is cylinder 3, with cylinder 4 behind it.
Cylinder 1 fires.
Then 4
Then 3
and finally 2
I need to know the firing order in a picture to find out where the #5 cylinder is

Buy a Haynes Manual and it will have plenty of helpful information. The firing order is 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2. The left bank(driver's side) is 1,3,5,7, and theright bank is 2,4,6,8 from front to rear.
