Cheap tool chests can be bought in a large Walmart or online through Amazon. It is worth getting one with good reviews if buying online because it cannot be seen before actually paying.
You may need to purchase a special tool to remove the filter on newer vehicles. It is very cheap but makes it very easy to remove the filter. You can buy the tool at any auto parts store.
