Go to your local auto parts door and get yourselfg a door panel removal tool. This is the only way if you want to get the panel back on. It is held on by plastic bolts, which were not designed to be removed, rather to hold the panel on. Locate where these plastic bolts are at underneath the panel and use the removal tool to pop the panel off
get a flat panel tool or a wonder bar and put in between the door panel and the door and pull toward the inside and you will see that is held by plastic clipsit has to pop out

Usualy you need to take your door panel of with a hard flat plastic tool not to dammage the clips on the inner side, some models also have screws on the door handle and window crank, the door lock should twist off if round. after removal your door panel you should be able to see the screws or lock tabs which hold your arm rest to the door panel

You would need to remove all of the trim pieces from it, and then pry it off of the door with a door panel removal tool. An instructional video has also been included below, to help walk you through the correct steps on removing the door panel.

You need to remove the window hand crank with a window hand crank removal tool.
Begin by positioning the window fully downward and ensure that the door is unlocked, and the manual switch is in the unlocked position. Insert a flat-bladed tool into the top service notch in order to disengage the locking clip, and remove the manual lock knob. To remove the inside handle bezel, first hold the inside handle to the open position, then insert a flat bladed tool at the front lower corner of the bezel. Pry outward on the bezel to remove it. Remove the screw attaching the inside handle to the sheet metal. Release the eight retainers around the outside edges of the door panel. Slide the door trim panel upwards to release it. Disconnect the electricity to the door panel.
It may be helpful to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library. First, Disconnect the battery negative cable. Then remove any obvious screws from around the trim or near the door handle. The door panel just pops off, you can use most any flat tool to pry it, just be careful not to damage things. Be especially careful where the wiring to electric switches or lights are. If the windows are manual, the crank may need to be removed with a special tool, depending on the reason for the panel removal.
