There are some websites where you can sell your prom dresses with no listing fee. It's like a classified ad space exclusively for formals. Contact between buyer and seller is done through a secure form and you set your own terms for the sale and shipping.

If you don't like that route you can always try local consignment shops or eBay. There is always an option of selling it onto ebay, or selling it to some-one you no, or just returning it. Car boot sale, or something. If not successfull, then just hand it into a charity shop.

• Department stores Penny's, Macy's, Century 21, Forever 21, NY& Co., Mandee's, stores like that are good. they have decent dresses and shoes for decent prices. there selection now is pretty bare, on line could work too, but you wouldn't be able to try anything on.

• The Prom dress store.

• Kohls or JCPennies. Sometimes in Malls they have places that sell very pretty dresses! Or you can look online and there might be some your interested in! There is a great website where you can order and pay for multiple dresses at a time to see the style or make sure it is the correct size and then send the ones you don't like back with a full refund.
