One surprising location where you can find and buy cars is eBay. There a few individuals selling Chevrolet Cavalier Z24's on the site, some with the option of going ahead and buying it right away at a higher price (and avoiding the bidding in the process). Of course, these come from a range of years, so you may want to decide which model appeals most to you. You can also try Cars for Sale, a site on which you can search for cars based on where you live, the year of make, and price ranges.

Your local Chevrolet dealership can "Flash" that ecm for you in one day for aprox the cost of one hour labor charge. Auto parts stores may be able to send it out for "flashing" but that may take a week before you get it back.

I have a general idea where the horn is on a 1995 cavalier Z24. It seems to be right under the one of the splash guards on the front on the passenger side. Unfortuanly i dont have the exact location but if you have someone with you to help you beep the horn while you look, i pretty sure you will find it.
