Evidently, in my experience, it is somewhat difficult to find an adult size ewok costume. Every online store seems to have an abundance of baby and child sizes, but no adult sizes. One of the better suggestions I ran across was to find an adult size bear or teddy bear costume and fashion a hood along with leather satchels and other ewok accessories. Maybe some splashes of paint to give your ewok a unique look. Other than this, you might have to have yours custom made, which isn't cheap. If one was to exhaust every resource on the net, you could probably find a cheap fabric foam costume but it probably wouldn't look too good...
