Check your local dealerships and also used car lots, If neither of those 2 shops have them your next bet would be checking car sites like ebay they have a wide selection of cars to choose from.
The firing order on a 2001 Daewoo Lanos Sport is 1, 3, 4, 2. The number one cylinder is on the left side when viewed from the front of the vehicle.
No mechanic here.. asked the one who services my 1999 Lanos.. he used to be a certified mechanic for Daewoo, until they sold the company.. on the matter at hand.. The instructions to the mechanics were, that to replace the A/C filter, the customer had to be away from the repair shop.. the reason? The had to cut through the plastic at the lower part of the dashboard - somewhere left of the front passenger's leg.. bad design on Daewoo's part. Maybe they did not expect their cars to last as long as they do :-) Hope this helps.
You can get the replacement key at Home Depot, is the car key # 27R
The lanos sport is the only one with a body kit and red/black interior, power windows. oh. and the 1.6Ltr DOHC enigine under the hood. standard lanos only has a 1.5Ltr SOHC
The Daewoo Lanos dose NOT have a transmission dip stick. The manual recomends replacing the transmission fluid every 80.000 miles. There isn't one. No kidding. This is the only car I've ever owned that doesn't have one. I can't imagine why a car would be designed this way.
The compressor is located on the lower part of the engine and is driven by one belt from the crankshaft to the idler and back to the compressor...........
