Skin care tips for different skin types are different. Skin types are usually classified as oily, dry, or combination. General tips include washing your face with an exfoliating scrub once a day (St Ives Apricot Scrub is a good one) and moisturizing. The best ones are those that offer sun protection. Also a facial mask once a week can do wonders.
There are many places that one can purchase a scrub top. Target and Walmart have them in store to buy and online websites such as Amazon and Overstock have them available.
Apricot kernels can be bought online at various websites, such as Amazon, Nuts, Vitacost, GreenCupboards, eBay, and many more places. Unfortunately, there's not very many retail stores that actually carry apricot kernels at this time.
An apricot typically has one seed, also known as a pit or stone, located in the center of the fruit.

I'm not a skin doctor or have any credentials, so take my response with a grain of salt. I have been using this product for two years now and I absolutely love it. I use the exfoliator and it leaves your skin actually feeling so smooth and clean. The scrubbing at first feels a little harsh if you're not used to using the exfoliator, but even so, after one use you can actually feel a difference. I have been told that this product isn't good for you because it scratches your skin, but I don't see anything or feel anything out of the ordinary so I would recommend it. It is sold at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Amazon, etc.
