There are many places a person may watch cartoon animals. For instance, most Disney movies feature cartoon animals. Some Disney movies with cartoon animals are The Fox and the Hound, The Lion King, and Bambi. Even Song of the South by Disney has cartoon animals. Additionally, a person may find multiple videos on YouTube with cartoon animals, such as the Looney Tunes Cartoons, Llamas with Hats, and Foamy the Squirrel.
