You should choose a workout video based on what you want to accomplish. If you want to work out your upper body the most, choose a video that will do that. Prefer to use equipment such as kettleballs, find one that utilizes them. Some videos have celebrities running the videos. If you like a particular person or despise them, choose your video accordingly.
