try game stores and ask them. if they dont, ask them if they know of anyone.
You can actually send your DS to Nintendo to repair. I know someone who did it, and theirs came back all nice and working. I don't know the address to send it to, though. You'll have to find out that on your own. :) Good luck!

I hear that used game stores (like GameStop) will offer to referbish it (they send it back to Nintendo and they fix it) or buy it from you.
