I can not find any. Only lots of children's schools run by clergy not to become clergy.

As far as I know "clergy factory" is disparaging term used to refer to religious houses where men ( and sometimes women) are trained in the theology of their faith.
Some examples: clergyman, priest, man of the cloth, monk, brother, man of god Many terms for clergy that formerly referred to men are now used to refer to women of the clergy also.
