Bleach with equal parts cold water to help keep the stain from setting in the fabric like warm water would do
You could try Vanish? or any sort of stain remover would probably work. I've also use uncoloured nail-varnish remover.

YES SODA DOES CLEAN BLOOD. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE THE BLOOD STAIN IS..SODA CAN CLEAN ANY SPOT OF BLOOD. THE POLICE EVEN USE SODA.
