One can find a clip for a 22 caliber New Haven Mossberg rifle through local gun retailers. These pieces can also be found through gun classifieds and gun manufacturers.
I believe the Westernfield rifle was made by Mossberg, and is the Mossberg Mdl 353. Magazines are available from Havlin Sales. You can order through their website, or send them an email. Very nice people to deal with for anything Mossberg.

This model of shotgun is identicle to a mossberg 395. You can still purchase clips for this model online or at gunshows. There are 2 round and 5 round clips availible. Just search for the mossberg 395 clips.
Somewhere between $50 and $300, depending on WHICH model, and the condition, Mossberg made DOZENS of models of 22 bolt action rifles. There is a limited collector following of older Mossberg 22's- but they are great shooters.
