Depends where you live. In some places, stationery and office supply stores. In other towns, it might be the jewelry or tobacco store. With internet access, there are several pen dealers online as well as Ebay.

Calligraphy pens can be bought at your local Arts and Crafts store, such as Michaels, or online at websites such as www.dickblick.com. Keep in mind though, that calligraphy pens consist of two parts: the pen holder and the nib (the point.) If they seem a little expensive for you, you can always opt for calligraphy markers which can be found at most stores (Walmart, Target, etc.)

I would check at your local craft store. Usually, at least, they sell different nibs if not the actual pen set. If you just want an ink pen (as in dip ink, not just a regular pen) and not a feather pen I'm sure they'll have those there...if not, though, they might be able to give you a reference to somewhere else.

Some museum gift shops also tend to carry them, though I can't assure you the quality of these....

And of course you could just try ordering one online. xD
