You aren't supossed to chew gum if you have braces or dentures but it's not my choice, its yours
There are special chewing gums that you can buy that specify the fact that you can chew it and it will not stick to dentures. I believe Wrigley's Spearmint is okay for dentures.

Wrigley puts out a gum called 'Freedent' that doesn't stick to dentures. I've had it 'try' to stick a couple of times but it comes off. 99% of the time it does not stick.
The gum that you can chew with dentures would be sugar free gum. The flavor doesn't matter, but the sugar will make it stick to your dentures.
