Hi.. so I was also looking in purchasing mixed tocopherols as a natural preservative for baking as well... i have found that health food stores sell them. I went to Green Star in Ithaca, NY and got a 2oz (liquid) bottle for about $8 and change. I found out that you only need a few drops depending on the quantity you are cooking with.
