The Oblivion and Oathkeeper Keyblades cannot be purchased in Kingdom Hearts 2, although by completing certain events they will become available to you. You receive the Oathkeeper after meeting Hayner and the gang with Sora. The Oblivion can be obtained in the Hall of Empty Melodies in The World That Never Was.
