There could be many reasons for this 1) A firewall issue xp firewall or a third party firewall. 2) There could be an issue with the isp blocking the download. 3) The browser is blocking the download . 4) windows socket issue or host file issue. Solutions 1) If you computer has not had a virus in a while and you have system restore enabled do a system restore to the date where you could download 2) Disable all your firewalls and reset your browser . If you have a secondary PC/laptop try it from the same connection If you can download on that PC /laptop then you can rule out the isp issue and focus on a firewall/browser issue. Also the exact error would help in troubleshooting the problem .

For this type of issue one may need to directly contact Toshiba and find out if something may be wrong. Sometimes it says a download is available but doesn't give out incompatibilities and this may be the issue.
This is more likely to be a contract law issue than a copyright issue; agreements between schools and vendors can be incredibly complicated.
The issue might be due to a problem with the download itself, a compatibility issue with your system, or a glitch in the game. Try restarting the download, ensuring your system meets the necessary requirements, and checking for any updates or patches that might address the problem. If the issue persists, you may need to contact customer support for further assistance.
The 450 download error seems to be caused by either of two setups. # You are not allowed to download something because parental controls are in place or # You are using a 'user' account and not the 'administrator' account that is needed to download from the Internet. It is not a firewall issue.
If it's copyrighted material, it is illegal to download without paying for it (Amazon, iTunes, etc). However, if it is protected under Creative Commons, then there should be no issue in downloading that material.
I also have this issue in appbounty. But I have no problem in FreeMyApps and Mobi.to. I think appbounty server is busy. Sometimes it cannot count the app download.
Unidentified. I had the same issue. Then I linked my Club Nintendo account to my Wii and it let me download it.
