Most Toshiba Satallite the days come with a buildt in software to burn your own and a shortcut to access the recovery from boot (F8 etc.) If not, i would advice you to buy a cheap one from Toshiba by providing them with your PC serial number and W7 Key(located under your machine or battery) or contact a store/PC garage. Most recovery websites are full of comersial, false and bad files.
Free Toshiba recovery discs can be downloaded for free from many different online websites. Some examples that provide this data for free include Tom's Hardware and Toshiba.

Most Toshiba's have built in software to let you burn the disks yourself and a recovery partition can be accessed by pushing a button while booting(example: F8). If not, i will recommend you to buy them from Toshiba.
Sadly I have purchased a Toshiba Tecra M8 and when I called toshiba to advise them that I had paid $1600 and some change for this laptop (cnd) and its under warranty until 2008 they brushed me off and said sorry you still need to purchase the $48.00 recovery CD. I'm so not impressed with that customer service. While I love my toshiba and it was a user error that I need my recovery CD. I paid $1600 bucks and didnt get my windows CD either. perhaps we should start a disgruntled facebook group. Grrrr I will be calling again this week asking to speak to management as I didnt get any satisfaction from the kid on the phone. I'm a 12 year tecra user. Looking at Apple books all ready :( Recovery disk are NOT included with your new computer, is up to YOU to do a recovery disk/s as soon you get the computer from the manufacturer, the steps are in your computer owners manual, each computer brand provide you with the steps to do this, IF YOU FORGOT, GOT YOUR PC FROM A FRIEND, YOU GOT A VIRUS, ETC. you can get them from ezrestorepc.com
