First off, there is no "Geneva Convention". The Geneva Conventions (plural) are a series of international treaties. Most deal with the proper conduct of warfare (i.e. the "rules of war"), but there are others which deal with economic issues. You need to be much more specific as to which Convention you are referring to.
Also, the link above only show some of the Geneva Conventions on warfare, but not all of them.
