The MAB (Manufacture d'Armes de Bayonne) model D ("brevette" just means "patented") was chambered in 7.65mm and in 9mm court (short). 9mm court = .380 ACP, while 7.65mm = .32 ACP, a standard-size round commonly available. Check your local sporting goods or firearms dealers, including department stores that carry ammunition.
.32 was the standard European police and military caliber until the late 1940s, when they began switching to 9mm parabellum (9mm luger).
Unless your pistol is damaged or broken, you will have no problem firing .32 ACP, since the 7.65mm ammo sold in Europe tends (and tended) to be a bit "hotter" -- that is, a bit more powerful than that sold in the US.
