โ 13y agoOn Bud Isle. You need an underwater helmet (costs $1,100,000) to access it in the first place, then the requirement for seeing him is the possession of a gramophone (another $1,100,000).

โ 11y agoApollo is on Bud Isle you will need an Aqua Helmet and a Gramophone to get past his guardian. You can buy both the Aqua Helmet and Gramophone at the Tiger Isle tool shop for 1,100,000 each.
