Hello im not sure if this has been answered yet i didnt see one but anyways, i have also been searching high and low for the mgs4 Raiden Cosplay. The only problem is that there are no official costumes of his that are available to the public, you will definitely have to have one custom made which will be tricky. The parts obviously on his suit are defined metal peices, so you can find alot of really good cosplay or (costume) Makers on Ebay they will work with you and with some hard work,money and some creative collaboration on both parts i think it could be done pretty well.
