if you mean MIKU MIKU DANCE, then i think it means you add a pre made sync, or something. like, if you put in a song, and load a downloaded body, and lyp sync, then it will do it just like that, or it could mean motion load, crap, theres so much it could mean D: i may not be the best at answering but i do what i can! hope it helps some how. (pre made sync, as in, someones already done it, you downloaded it, and you load it, i think thats what it is.)
