I will show you this in steps:
1.buy some repel
2.go to wellspring cave (I can't get to the other places drilbur is at so I don't know if the trick is the same for other places)
3.put the repel on and wait
4. once you hear a scratching noise and a cloud of dust, stand on the cloud of dust
5.the repel wont work for drilbur-so you will go face to face with a wild drilbur!
6.keep the drilbur from fainting or you will need to do steps 3-5 again! (I'm not really sure what moves are strong against drilbur but don't use pursuit because if it is a critical hit it will faint!*)
* that happened to me once!

∙ 12y agoIn most of the games caves, there will be occasional swirling piles of dust, and if you walk on it, a Pokemon will appear, most likely a drilbur.
