There are aircraft scrapyards where these are easy to get. Search "aircraft surplus", "aviation scrapyards", etc.
In Florida bird control is placed in the same category as pest control from a regulatory point of view. A state issued pest control certification and pest control business licence are needed for a company to legally install bird control products such as netting, spikes, electric track systems, pin and wire systems or bird repellent gel. A state issued identification card is also required for every employee doing bird control.
