If your horse is a mare and hasn't had a foal in the last ten months, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Public Coverings" then choose a stallion for your mare. If it is a stallion scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Covering" then either make a private covering or one for anybody that wants it.
