well on your ds only,go to route 216 and use your explorer kit undeground
even if there isn't asphere in the wall just click the wall and it will just collapse and normally you well have luck and find a palkia when you have diamond underground but after that dig up again youll find a moon stone

the moon stone will evolve over 2500 Pokemon in the sinnoh region the same eff3ects also,and this moon stone is a stone that is powerfull very strongfull nd most invisible to see nearly it shines like the moon and if a Pokemon holds it every time it has under 20hp the Pokemon's hp will be restore 50hp up or if you don't have that much,it will heal all your hp ONLY IF YOU HAVE 20HP ONLY LEFT! THO!
