They are available at Amazon. Search for: Crown Automotive 11010SP Jerry can spout. This spout doesn't look like original spout. It screws in on the inside threads not on the outer flange like the original spout. The main thing is that it works! Actually I think it is better than original.
Rotopax.com has an almost exact replica of the spout and plug but no screen or gas can cap.They say soon they will have the gas cap and screen.I did buy a spout from them and it is so close to the Eagle you couldn't tell from a distance.I ended up using my old spout by melting the rubber back with a soldering iron but I do have a rotoplax spout in reserve now.Bill.
pour the water into the 9 liter pail and pour some water into the 4 liter pail after pour the water into the liter 7 pail the pour with your imagination 3 quarters liter into the 4 liter and and it to the first 4 liter you poured.

When you pour it in the crankcase fill spout.
Put a small funel in the spout where you remove the transmission dipstick and pour slowly

Fill small 3 liter jug with water. Pour into large 8 liter jug. Repeat. Now 6 liters of water in large jug. Repeat again but stop when large jug full. Leaves 1 liter in small jug. Empty large jug. Pour water from small jug into large jug. Refill small jug and pour into large jug. There are now 4 liters of water in large jug.
Fill the seven liter can. Pour water from the seven liter can into the five liter can, until it's full. The remainder water in the seven liter can is 2 liters. Repeat the above process 3 times.
