You have to go underground with your explorer kit (found in eterna city) and find a skull fossil. Then go to Oreburg city and he will extract Cranidos from the fossil. You can then evolve your cranidos into a rampardos.

∙ 14y agowhen you go underground you can dig for fossils but if your trainer ID id an odd number then you won't find any Skull fossils but however if you have an even card then you can get the skull fossil, then you go to orenburg and go to the mining museum and get a cranidos then level it up to LVL 40. and then it will evolve into a rampardos.
