A schematic for a 1969 Dodge steering column can be found in an automotive repair manual. Chilton is a popular manufacturer of this type of manual.

The first Column ignitions switch was introduced on GM cars in 1968 for the 1969 Model year...Ford and Chrysler introduced it in 1969 for the 1970 model year..

Go to the library and get a chiltons repair manual for your year, it will be the same column as the regular chevelle.

Probably at the driver's side firewall next to the steering column It hangs under the dashboard to the right of the steering column parallel to the floorboard. It uses cylindrical glass fuses like most vehicles of the era.

The ignition switch itself is rod actuated. It is mounted to the steering column under the dash. Two screws mount it to the column. Just make sure you get the rod in the hole on the switch itself, and that you align the new switch properly before tightening the screws.

yes but it may take a few mods. steering may be an issue

No one, as there is no such thing as a 1969 Dodge Challenger

it will fit but you will need to drill out an ignition switch hole unless you also transfer over the 69 steering column.

There was no Dodge Challenger in 1969, 1970 was the first year.

You can convert manual to power steering on a 1969 Camaro. the steering box will need to be changed, and a pump and brackets as well as fluid lines will need to be added.

The dodge charger came out in 1966.

Remove the belt from your 1969 Chevy power steering pump. Remove the power steering pump hoses. Remove the power steering pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new power steering pump.

The ignition switch is attached to the stearing column, below the dashboard. You will need to drop the column, but don't forget to disconnect the little cable that operates the gear indicator first, or it will break when you drop the column and it will not be an easy repair. The switch is held on by two screws and operates from a rod that travels front to back along the steering column, changing the position of the ignition slide switch.

hi i have dodge sweptline d100-1969 please i need chromrear bumper thanks hussain440

First, disconnect your battery, now, if you open the hood, you will find a flexible couplig about half way to the bottom of the column, you can unbolt that, then, sitting inside the car, under the dash you will find a U shaped brace fastenig the column to the underside of the dash, (it usually has 2 bolts, but depending on the model may have 4), then you must detach the wirng plug (for the turnlights and horn, it is close to the U shaped brace). then remove the two screws in the back of the steering wheel which hold the sterering wheel padding, once removed, there is a circular sliding switch which activates the horn at the center of the wheel, be sure to detach the wire fastened to the steering wheel which comes through the steering column.

The cost to get your 1969 Dodge RT done by overhaul will depend on the area where you live and its condition.
