yeah hey I'm the girl who answered 'Where can you catch a muk in Pokemon platinum?' ok anyway....to get a togetic on platinum you have to get a togepi. Cynthia gives you the egg in eterna city i belive......then to evolve it you have to level it up with high enough friendship. And that is how you can get a togetic on platinum.
To get a Muk on Platinum you need to get the international pokedex... which means seeing and or catching all the standard pokedex Pokemon... then talk to the prof and then Prof oak appears i think

∙ 14y agoThe answer is when you get to Enterna city Cynthia will give you an egg that is a Togepi evolve it and it will turn into a Togetic.
