Some even make custom tonnos for older pickups and vehicles like El Camino, etc. But I've never heard of anyone needing a tonneau cover for a '66 TBird. There are many options to choose from when installing tonneau covers for your truck and yes some require drilling. However, lucky for you there are many exceptionally good covers that require only a wrench to install and even better no drilling.
