Model 75c... I've got one from 1979. I need a mag tube for it. Where's the best place to find one?
Yes, I have one. The difference as far as I can tell is it has a lower capacity cartridge tube. Also they are harder to find than the 30A.
These are available from Numrich gun parts. Inner tube about $25, outer tube about $15
You can find a magazine tube for a Marlin Glenfield Model 75 22 rifle at most stores offering gun and ammunition parts. You can also find them online from various retailers, such as the following: Brownells Midway USA Gun Parts Corporation Numrich Gun Parts O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc.Prices and availability may vary, so it's best to shop around to find the best deals.
older because is your tube fed long or short then the barrel mine comes to the top new are short.Your serial number indicates that your Glenfield model 60 was made in the year 1981.
the model 60 is tube fed where the 70 is a clip fed model there are some small differences but manily the 70 is a 60 with no tube,or feeing lips just has a mag holder instead and the stock has that hole for the mag cut out that's really it
Good luck. Every site on the Internet seems to be out of the 10 1/2 inch magazine tube for the Glenfield/Marlin 75. Keep in mind, the Marlin 99M1 uses the same tube, but that is just as hard to find. I have been reading up on converting it over to a Marlin 60CC Magazine Tube inner and outter, but not even sure that will work.

The Glenfield model 75C is a carbine variant of the Marlin model 60 produced for 1975 to 1992 by th m Mrlin Firearms Company under the name of Glenfield. Differences include shorter 18 inch barrel compared to the Marlin's 20. Length of pull on the Glenfield is shorter. The Glenfield also has a shorter and lower capacity magazine tube.
