Any Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, or NAPA should do. If the wire harness is proprietary, and exclusive to that make and model of car, you might want to check a salvage yard.
Edit: I just saw it said "diagram". If a GM dealer is unable to provide this for you, the Chilton's manuals sold at any of the aforementioned auto parts stores should include one.

Cheapest and easiest way is to buy the stereo wire harness for your year and model at Walmart for $7 bucks. You can use that to determine which wire is which. If your harness was cut off at the car wires, and you no longer have the harness then of course it will do you no good.
