The low side ac port for the 1990 e 150 should be on an aluminum pipe. The pipe is on the passenger side of the engine compartment just beside of the battery.

Underneath the frame on the right side of the bike, if original it will be a aluminum rectangle with a couple wires on it, you will have to take the bags and covers of the left side to access the fluid reservoir
Right behind the carb, down a bit. there is a wire going to the head on the right side. its a cylindrical aluminum part, kinda behind the throttle body.
