It doesnt matter the gender of the horse...I'm not sure what you mean. A mare or stallion can be wild.
There is no such thing as wild Arabian horse, there never have been. Arabians are a man made breed and have always been domesticated. Mustangs and other like breeds are also only feral, not wild. These are likely the horses seen in US deserts. The only true wild horse is the Przewalski's horse which lives on the Russian and central Asian steppes.
After much research, I could not find any record claiming to be the smallest Arabian horses, but the Arabian horse averages between 14.0 and 15.1hh -- though it is possible to find horses under this size.

No you do not have to have your own horse to find a wild horse. Wild horses are not located on any main isle i.e. one with banks, general store's, etc. but if you walk around any other isle long enough you will find a wild horse.
Well technically the Przewalski's horse is the oldest and purest of the wild horses, in fact it's the only truly wild breed of horse in the world. However there are three real contenders for oldest and purest of the domestic horse breeds. These would be the Caspian, the Akhal-Teke, and the Arabian. Recent research however shows that the Arabian is actually a cross between the Caspian and the Akhal-Teke as it has blood markers for both of these two breeds, but Caspian and Akhal-Teke lack markers for Arabian blood. The research into this is fairly new and not well publicised and the Arabian Horse Association maintains it's belief that the Arabian is the oldest and purest breed.
The horses of Arabia include the Arabian horse and the barb. The Arabian horse is the purest breed of horse in the world.
Arabian horses were never wild, they were developed by humans in the desert. Of the three choices available they would likely be most comfortable in either a meadow or possibly the mountains.
