You really can't unless you work for an insurance policy or work for the Department of Insurance for the State of Texas. Even then you probably wouldn't get this information as everything now is computerized. Each company uses it's own factors and codes for rating an insurance policy. There are so many different factors now that it would be impossible to calculate it manually. In the early to mid 1980s we did do it manually from large rate manuals, but no longer.
There should be an explanation of the codes somewhere in your policy documentation. If there isn't, you can contact your insurance agent.

PPC Codes are the Intellectual property of ISO Services so we can not post them here. The best thing to do is to call your fire department or local government office. ISO (Insurance Services Office) handles the inspection and rating of fire departments but calling the city hall or the fire department is the easiest way to get the information.

This just sounds like your insurance company classification codes. These codes don't mean anything to you or anyone else except for the insurance carrier. Sometimes people get too iinvolved in what their code means and does this number or that letter make their insurance higher. Driver Class 51 could mean 25-64 year old married male drivers. Every driver on your insurance policy has a class cose. It's just ways of grouping certain individuals based on factors where they are similiar. They are nothing to worry about and nothing you can do anything about.

Class code 91585 is contractors - subcontracted work - in connection with building construction, reconstruction, repair or erection - buildings. There are also several sub codes under this.

There should be more explanation than just a code number on the legal notice of rejection of your auto insurance. Look on the bottom of the page or the back and there should be a list of the codes with an explanation of what they mean. If not, just call your agent and see what went wrong. If they are an independent agent like we are they may have many different companies in which to choose from and not just one like the captive agents who are employees of the insurance company.
