alls you have to do is collect a lot in the vault, and you will normally find them in random places like mailboxes and ghouls drop them. they're hard to come by after you get out the vault so try to get good at lock picking and don't waste them, theres also quite a bit in the place where the victory rifle is.

∙ 15y agoIn bathrooms throughout the game there are often first aid kits and inside you will usually find bobby pins (not all contain them). You can also kill ghouls who sometimes have bobby pins.
