Glaceon,(ice evelution)Leafeon(Grass evolution, Espeon(dark evelution), Umbreon(psychic evolution, Flaireon(fire evolution, Vapreon(water evolution) and Joltion(electric evolution. If you want a specific one I can only tell you how to choose one in Pokemon platnium. If you want Glaceon level up Evee near an icy rock on rout 217 near snow point city. If you want Leafeon level Evee up near a mosey rock in eterna forest. If you want Espeon level Evee up in the night or if you want Umbreon level Evee up in the day(not in eterna forest or around snow point city). If you want Flaireon Give Evee a Fire stone. If you want Vapreon give Evee a water stone or if you want Jolteon give Evee a lighting stone.

How do you evolve Evee?

If you want a Glaceon, you level up eevee on route 217. To get a Flareon, you give Evee a Fire stone. For Vaporeon, you give it a Water stone. And for a Jolteon, you need a Thunder stone.
