Iver Johnson revolvers can be hard to properly identify. Need to know if it has a swingout cylinder (Model 1900) or is a break open design. The complete serial number is generally found under the left grip panel and will have a letter prefix. Start by telling us everything that IS marked on the gun. Those numbers may be a Montgomery Ward model number which will probably cross-reference to a manufacturer's model.
The Blue Book says the No 530 was made from 1936 to 1942, but the 14C indicates manufacture in 1951.
