I searched for canine trisomy in the internet. It looks like they can have a trisomy 1 whcih causes some types of cancers, trysomy 13 (thyroid issues) and 18. The word is actually trisomyism. Downs is trisomy 21. Humans are also sometimes born with a trisomy 19. Each has it's own name after the Doctor Who discovered them, Edwards, Downs, and Bach. Did not find any canine with trisomy 21

Causes of Klinefelter SyndromeThe additional sex chromosomes in men with Klinefelter syndrome results from nondisjunction during meiosis and may have a paternal (50 to 60 percent) or maternal (40 to 50 percent) origin. This contrasts with Down syndrome, which is caused predominantly by maternal nondisjunction and inheritance of the extra chromosome 21 from the mother.
I am unsure of the answer to this question, but I feel the need to remove the previous ridiculous answer stating that "women with down syndrome are sterile." They ARE indeed fertile. I am in search of the same information, and will be editing this post once I find the correct answer.

Several factors determine the choice of options. In the U.S., the National Down Syndrome Society provides a starting point for research. (See "Related Links", below.) If you are in the U.S. (or anywhere else, for that matter) a local Support group is most helpful. (Try a Google search for "Down Syndrome support".) For U.S. residents, the NDSS website has a "Find Your Local Support Group" tool prominently displayed on its homepage. I'm sure that you will find compassionate and helpful information there. Good Luck.
You can call your local SPCA or animal clinic. The SPCA can also give you information on how to take care of her if she is indeed pregnant.
