Most of these older firarms companies (like most manufacturing companies in the 19th century) left very little information behind for researchers to look at, they just simply disapeared. "The Golden Age of shotgunning" by Bob Hinman is abouit the only ref. I know of that covers shotguns made in that era. and it has very little to say about the Co. I will not quote the book because that would be illegal. But the co. was appearently in business from about 1878 till 1908 in Hatfield, Mass. They produced mostly low cost single and doubly barrel shotguns. I would give its value, unless it is in very, very good condition as no more than $200 bucks. If it is not in at least good condition, hang it on the wall.
