The BSA website has numbers going back to 1998. Numbers for 1991-1998 are on the U.S. Scouting Service Project website.
The highest rank a Scout can earn is Eagle Scout. After the Eagle Scout is earned the Scout can continue to earn an Eagle Palm for each 5 merit badges. These are considered "devices" that can enhance the rank, but are not new ranks in themselves (a Scout with several Eagle Palms will still refer to his rank as Eagle Scout). The palms are awarded in the order of bronze, gold and silver after the military tradition of using silver for the highest honors. The head of the national organization is the Chief Scout. The highest award that an adult leader be earn is the Silver Buffalo for national level "extrodinary" service to youth. The service does not need to be in association with the BSA.

The BSA states " Not every boy who joins a Boy Scout troop earns the Eagle Scout rank; only about 5 percent of all Boy Scouts do so. " In 2010 there were 898,186 Boy Scouts and 56,176 Eagle Scout awards presented, thus it would appear to be 6.2%. But male Venturers who earned First Class in a troop can continue to work towards Eagle Scout while in a crew. There were a total of 238,846 Venturers, but we don't know how many were eligible, but the percentage goes down. As of 2008 (the last year I have totals), there had been 83,486,083 Scouts since 1911 and 1,880,905 Scouts had earned Eagle Scout, making it 2.2% for the total.
The First Class Scout Badge is a rank that scouts achieve. Once crossing into Boy Scouts, they work to obtain the rank of Tenderfoot, then Second Class, First Class, Star, Life then Eagle. There are many requirements that must be met for each of these ranks. You can Find more information in the Boy Scout Handbook.
For the most part, there are no awards routinely given out to veterinarians. Each vet school honors a few outstanding alumni each year, and the AVMA recognizes a few each year as well. These awards are generally either for service to the awarding body (such as serving as committee chair) or for being recognized by your peers for an exceptional devotion to a particular cause (such as community service).
The school generally awards 120 places each year.
This eagle can lay up to as many as 15 eggs each time.
The Girl Scout sash is designed to lay on the right shoulder, go around the body, with the bottom of the sash on the left side of the body. The Girl Scout vest is designed so that it is worn by inserting both arms with an opening on the front. Placement of the insignia and awards is different on each. When wearing the Girl Scout sash, the pin tab with the membership pin and the WAGGGS pin is worn on the left side of the shirt rather than being on the sash. See related links for illustrations of both the Girl Scout sash and the Girl Scout vest.
they get an air rifle each
Both Dill and Scout do have an attraction for one another. Scout always looks forward in seeing Dill each summer, and Dill looks forward in "marrying" Scout in the future........

Each Girl Scout council chooses the incentives for their council. There are two different companies which bake the Girl Scout cookies and each company offers their own incentives for Girl Scout councils to choose from. Girl Scout councils may also order incentives from other sources or offer some form of cookie credit as incentives. You would need to contact your local Girl Scout council to find out what incentives they are offering.
