***EDIT***: There are a couple sites that do more than find out what your daemon's form would be, but explain how to actually find them in you, and talk to them. I know this sounds crazy, but it's not. The next two sites below are definatly worth the time they take to read. They have changed my life, and by giving them to you, I hope to help change other's lives. But anyway, before I go on and on about it, here they are:
http://www.daemonpage.com/
http://sites.Google.com/site/findyourdaemon/howtofindyourowndaemon
You can find it out on www.goldencompassmovie.com but since they changed the website you can't find the official one anymore; so just try go on other ones but keep in mind that it is not official.
You can find it out on www.goldencompassmovie.com but since they changed the website and removed the quiz you can't do the official one anymore. So what you can do is type into google (or any other search engine) -find out what your daemon is- and then it will come up with more than 2 million hits; I am sure you can find out what your daemon is by doing that!

Just reconfigure your mail server...You will find somewhere where it says "Mail Daemon" and choose the suitable option for you.
