Everything you will need to know to EARN this scouting merit badge is contained in the Skating Merit Badge booklet. Your troop should have a copy of this book. One has to read the book in order to fill out the worksheets. BSA Merit Badges aren't given away ... one has to actually do all the requirements themselves - the honest way every Boy Scout would.
