You can chew sugarfree gum for 15 minutes. The longer you chew, the more you burn (sugarfree only!). And eating celery is good for you too, because by the time you actually get done chewing a piece, you already burned it all off. Since its almost water, its like eating and burning healthy air. :)

Gum with sugar, because the sugar provides flavor to go in the holes of your saliva. Sugar free gum goes away faster because there is less flavor in the sugar free gum.
